Today's munchie monday comes directly from my kitchen and the publix deals which end tomorrow...
I bought 3 cans of Hunts Tomatoes (used a .50/2 printable and a $1/3 FLIP printable) for OOP 0.09 (2.09 - 2 in coupons after doubling)
1 package of New York Olde World Ciabatta Rolls (or you can buy Texas Toast)(used .50/1 printable) for OOP .56
had Parmesan cheese in the pantry
1 can Hunts tomatoes w/garlic and onions or your fave flavor - lightly drained
1 pkg New York Ciabatta Rolls
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lay Ciabatta rolls on cookie sheet
Mix can of tomatoes with Parmesan cheese and spoon mixture onto Ciabatta rolls
Bake for 10-12 minutes
You can also top with additional cheese (mozza or cheddar) or mix in Feta with the tomatoes for another yummy variation...
